Allie brings to Rastel over 15 years of experience managing IT organizations, software services firms, and software development teams. Her major focus has been on value delivery through project and process implementation as well as operational management. Her experiences include consulting Project Lead on strategic initiatives such as Global Sales Reporting, Sales and Operation Planning Toolset design and deployment and Master Data Management/Product Information Management implementations. Allie’s high level of experience in business process optimization, business and team management, technology deployment and change management plays a major role in the success of Rastel’s engagements.
